Jennifer Hill
Hello! My name is Jennifer Hill, and my dog training journey started when I adopted my first dog at 11 years old. I joined the local 4H training club and I have been competing in dog events ever since. Growing up I primarily focused on obedience, agility, musical freestyle, and showmanship/conformation. My summer weekends were filled with traveling to 4H matches, AKC shows, and various performance events. After graduating college, I was hired at an organization that trains service dogs for people with disabilities. Working there gave me years of experience growing my dog training skills, teaching group classes, and working with a variety of individuals facing unique challenges. In my spare time, I still enjoyed training agility. My passion for the sport exploded when I adopted my first competitive performance dog from a shelter several years ago. Together we have reached the highest level of agility in different organizations including AKC, USDAA and UKI. We have even podiumed at Regional and National Agility competitions. I now have four dogs of different breeds and sizes actively competing in agility at the highest levels. In addition to agility, I also enjoy trick training and musical freestyle. My dogs have been featured in several commercials, performed live on stages across the state, and we even appeared on a dog-dancing TV show. My goal is to bring out every dog and handler's full potential using positive reinforcement training methods. I strive for each dog and handler team to achieve mutual fun in their shared activities.
